Well what did Jesus have to say about himself?

He said repeatedly that he was SENT by his father {Matthew 15:24; John 3:16; 4:34} so according to Jesus' own words he is God's messenger who came down from heaven just like the angels. John 8:23


Unlike Gabriel, Michael was so compassionate when dealing with God's faithful servants. Take for instance. When God wanted to inform Zachariah (John's father) that he's going to have a son in his oldage with his old wife (Elizabeth) God sent Gabriel. After delivering God's message to the Highpriest of Israel that faithful day the old man doubted Gabriel, did you know what happened next? Gabriel got provoked and smote Zachariah with dumbness! Luke 1:8-20

Please don't take offense with Gabriel. He got provoked because of some sound reasons. Zachariah was serving as the Highpriest that year so he was standing in the most holy place on planet earth at that time. This most holy or holy of holies is a room inside Jerusalem's Temple. Only the Highpriest of Israel do enter this room and he only does once a year. Before entering he must have made sacrifices otherwise the angel guarding the Ark of God will kill him. So there's no way a man could be there with Zachariah. Secondly Zachariah supposed to be the first and foremost human who should teach others about the sanctify of the most holy. So there's no reason why he should doubt the man standing before him in the most holy place on planet earth!

So Gabriel's action is justified but do you think Michael could have done the same?
There has been several cases where God's people and servants does stupid things yet Michael always have compassion for them all because humans are his choicest of all God's creation not to talk of imperfect and sinful descendants of Adam who are trying to live a godly life. Now you should know why Michael (Jesus) is always considerate when dealing with humans.

Twice Michael (Jesus) cursed living creatures!
He cursed a tree and it withered, he also allowed demons to go after 2,000 pigs so that they drown in the sea. Note that Jesus cursed that tree because this tree didn't produce the fruit yet looked as if it's producing {Matthew 21:19-20} but when humans insulted him he never cursed them {Luke 9:51-56} and do you still remember why he allowed demons to destroy 2,000 living creatures? Well Michael (Jesus) did so just to save one single human! Mark 5:2-13

Of course there are still much to learn about Michael (Jesus) and his relationship with his heavenly father because their closeness has been so cordial that he could say "whoever has seen me has also seen my father" John 14:8-9

After Michael has completed his earthly course he returned to heaven but this time around he has secured a higher position which he earned not just by virtue of his birth as the first creature but for successfully restoring the lives of all Adam's descendants back to the way God planned from the beginning.
So now our future is no longer determined by the inherited sin we got through Adam but in our own hands. All we need now is to choose between Adam who rebelled against his father and became a dead man dispensing sickness and death to all his descendants or Jesus (Michael) who fought with his last breath to remain obedient and faithful to his father all through. Matthew 17:5 compare to John 3:16
All those following Adam's path will perish along with Adam, Eve and their accomplice (Satan) but all those following Jesus' path will be refreshed and they can live forever in Paradise on earth! 1Corinthians 15:45
Michael (Jesus) returned to heaven with the full worth of the sacrifice he made and presented it before God's throne so that both Satan and all his demons can see for themselves that mankind has been redeemed from the curse of Adamic sin. Hebrews 9:11-12

God asked Jesus (Michael) to sit beside Him and wait for the order to start acting as the rightful King of God's Kingdom {Psalms 110:1-2} he waited until the year 1914 when God gave him the order to begin ruling.

The first thing Michael (Jesus) did was to send Satan and all his wicked rebellious spirits out of heaven. Of course it wasn't a easy fight because Satan and his demons fought back to keep their dwelling places but Michael has been giving all the powers needed to conquer after his earthly assignment {Matthew 28:18} so Michael led God's faithful angels to displace Satan and all the demons living in heaven! Revelations 12:7-12

Immediately Satan and his demons arrived on our planet that same year (1914) but this time around they're spiteful and bitter so they quickly want to provoke God's wrath so that God can angrily destroy the earth and all humans on it.

Again Michael (Jesus) counter Satan's evil plan by coming straight to the earth, took away all his dead faithful servants {1Thessalonians 4:16} but there was no religion practicing Christianity that year, Satan's agents are everywhere causing confusion just as Jesus foresaw it in the first century! Luke 18:8

So what next did Jesus (Michael) do after seeing all the damages Satan has done?

Meanwhile there are over 42,000 different sects all claiming followers of Jesus so what are the achievement of the group Michael is working with that will distinguish them from all others?

So if nobody on this planet is totally free from the works of the flesh and Jesus said "you will know them by their FRUITS" {Matthew 7:16} then how are we going to distinguish between the gathering where God's Holy Spirit is working and the gathering where demons are at work?

Jesus (Michael) said during the last days many false prophets will arise and mislead many {Matthew 24:11} this has led to suspicion everywhere. Religionists in one sect are suspecting the other saying contradicting things regarding who the so called false prophets are!

So let's focus on Jesus' statement:
Since the false prophets will mislead many we know that can't be possible if they don't gather people and teaching heresy, therefore it's important to distinguish the group practicing true Christianity from credulous religionists today!

How are we going to do this when there are over 42,000 different religious groups having contradicting teachings and conflicting doctrines all in the name of Jesus?

Well we're not left in the dark!
Jesus foretold that there is going to be MARKS of identification, so let's consider those marks together:

Since we're all descendants of Adam and we've inherited sin from our first parents it's extremely difficult to find one single human without sin because sin is the WORKS of the flesh we are all putting on! Galatians 5:19-21

Do not be scared!
The works of the flesh is not what we love practicing always, in most cases we often feel regret after fallen for flesh! Romans 7:14-20 compare to Mark 14:38

So Jehovah our God and heavenly father, and Jesus Christ (Michael) who once lived in the flesh both understands what we're going through! Romans 7:24-25

That's why Jesus promised that Jehovah will send His active force (Holy Spirit) to come and assist the humble ones throughout the earth to do God's will despite their imperfection! John 14:26-27; 16:12-13

When God's Active force settles in the midst of Jesus' true followers, it will help them to do things that ordinarily will be impossible if not due to the presence of God's Holy Spirit, Satan will surely capitalize on our fleshly desires making it extremely difficult for us to do God's will but with the help we will get through God's Active force, we will surely do greater works than Jesus did! So what are the WORKS Jesus' imperfect followers are doing that's impossible for false prophets and their followers to do in our day?

Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of host will perform this". KJV

What are the WORKS this coming child is expected to do?

This indicates that the child will Counsel people in a Wonderful manner that no teacher or instructor has ever done before nor after him. So did Jesus fulfilled this? According to the dictionary the title "God" connotes a Supreme Being, so how Mighty does this child prove to be? Well he was killed by his enemies and this led many Jews to conclude that Jesus couldn't have been that so called "Mighty God" they were expecting, till now the Jews are still expecting another Messiah that will prove to be a Mighty God.
But what does it mean to be a Mighty God?
Many world rulers have claimed that they are God's but they're all dead now and their glory, Kingdom and influence died collapsed after them! Psalms 82:6
What about this humble 33 year old Jews who was executed along with criminals?
Well right there were Jesus died one of the condemned criminals acknowledged Jesus as King even while they're both languishing in excruciating pains!
No wonder our Master, Lord and King turned as said to this man whom the world has condemned, Jesus said:

“Truly I tell you today, you will be with me in Paradise.” Luke 23:42-43

Surely Jesus is not a radical dictator the type the Jewish community expected him to be, rather he is a humble and loving King!

So how has he proved to be the Mighty God or in other words greater of all those claiming they are Gods simply because they ruled at a point in time?

What can his faithful disciples do in this regard to prove that they can do GREATER WORKS than their teacher and instructors?

We have considered two of the titles the promised Messiah will exhibit: Wonderful Counselor and Mighty God. So let's consider the remaining two titles before we now move on to see how Jesus' true followers have done GREATER WORKS than their Oga! John 14:12
