He is one of many. A country where rape is justified if you can bribe the police and even when a rapist is charged to court, the Magistrate or Judge is on sale to the highest bidder. Look at all their political arguements about the winners of the elections that ends up in courts. The winner in courts is the money bags who can deposits money in foreign banks of the judges.
