Impossible is nothing but it's can lead to regret. Lecture 8am till 4pm or 6pm. It's not an easy course to be sincere even if u good in book you can easily be relegated.

The most important is time management..... it's a skill that is quite difficult to possess..... Time Management ....

The only thing you've told us you have is a frivolous and focusles mind and vision. Since you are doing so many things together without feeling the stress, go ahead and add surgery too,but make sure it's brain surgery. Your brain needs a retouch. Someone like you will no sooner than you add surgery that you would start to seek advice to add,tailoring, drycleaning,cobbling, fashion design and driving, and etc..

If you have acute appendicitis, they should have operated on you by now. No doctor would wait for the appendix to burst..which could lead to what is called peritonitis.

While he may be exaggerating, from experience as a medical somebody, I can tell you from my own experience that failure rates in medical school can be very very high.
