I guess flight charges vary base on airline. Hopefully. But luggage's allowed also depends on airline and kind of ticket you buy. I guess a business class has more luggage allowance. Than economic class.

Yes.. But you wil need to show proof of relationship.. Ensure you include proof of sponsorship by having the tuition either full or deposit paid by the sponsor. Then your living expense should be in your own account as you must include yours
Ok. But will his name appear on the payment receipt, or what will be the proof that payment was done by him?

Hi guys,

I have attached my refusal notes below, please help on how to respond.

Profile:
I applied for PGD in Advanced Business Management, and I work in a bank, previous degree in Finance. Wrote a detailed study plan to explain how the degree will help with career.

Have siblings in US and Canada.

Dont understand the employment part cos I have a good job here and showed documents to prove this.

Haaa... This one strong small o.

I have not seen anything like this before. Why is the VO making weird deductions?

He/she has a job, earns salary, and wants to acquire a degree abroad.

Is it a sin that he/she has family members abroad?

Chaiii, this is not good o.

It mustnt be if the name isnt. As long as it was done by him. You have to make it know on your sop or loe. If the deduction, appears on the bank statement, also make ot known.

This is really not fair
How can you consent to someone having strong economic ties back home but refused him becos he has family member in Canada.
This is quite strange and really baseless.

Nevertheless, I think a strong worded SOP can do justice to this, please reach out to Spectro, Just Mellow.....

Please does anyone have information about the newly procured moderna vaccine from USA? Info like when it will be available in lagos and when and where someone can go take it around Ikeja/Maryland axis?
Please treat as very important as this one has a 2nd dosage timeline of 28 days and can be possible to take prior to traveling for fall

I heard post graduate certificate/diploma is pre-university degree. I was thinking it's a post-university degree that people with 2:2 or 3rd class can enrol before in before continuing with Masters. Can you kindly help confirm please.

It's self-explanatory from what it's called. And you're 100% right with what you initially know, don't let anyone confuse you.

Post means - After
And graduate means - someone who has earn bachelor or baccalaureate degree.

It's different from ordinary diploma/certicate that's usually referred to as PRE -....

Look at the third paragraph. There's no career progression and study plan may be vague. So investing in a program that you have no history with? Simply means you wanna just japa.

when you're Refused based on your current employment, it means that your chosen Program do not align with your current employment and therefore doesn't show a progressive career path. And this is also because you didn't explain clearly, through your LOE, why you chose the Program outside your career path.

MY LANDING GIST

I will try to be as detailed as possible.

My flight had been booked for August 1 since the second week in June, and I didn't reschedule because while booking I didn't select the option to

1. Arrive CAN
2. Enrolment Letter (which I did not have)
3. Evidence of payment
4. Letter of Acceptance

I sailed out like the queen I am to look for my luggage which I found after a long while. The airport is so big. Please eat in the plane or during your stopovers.
Hope this helps someone.

May Canada favour you.
Let the landing Gist flow to keep hopes alive since PPR decided to TREK.

Your rejection on Family tie abroad is weird and not strong but I must say that the other reasons given are also enough to refuse an application. The primary thing to consider is to find a way to settle issues related to the other reasons like the Career path,
I believe that the reason for which you were Refused is something that could have been explained through the LOE.

OK...let me just add a little of. What I think for people who might not understand a 23kg luggage...OK...just think about a bag of rice...A bag of rice weighs 50kg, half bag of rice weighs 25kg....so they're telling you whatever bags you're trying to pack, don't pack more than two half bags of rice ,so if half bag of rice is 25kg,if you remove 2kg,you will get 23kg...I hope this little illustration will help you to know how you will pack...safe trip to all the travellers!

Shayee35:

If you follow the thread, you'd see the explanation. Let me break it down again.

As a traveler, you are entitled to 2 pieces of luggage weighing 23kg each and 1 hand luggage weighing 7kg.

If your load is more than what I listed above, it is seen as excess luggage and the airline will charge you.

Nothing is free.

Hope they would allow one to Carry Ororo (Goya Oil or Vegetable Oil) & Home Made Body Soap (not liquid) e.g Organic Soap inside the aircraft? smiley

JR if you can. What local options did you have, and where do they get their info? what evidence do they have? That alone is enough for you to win the case. The only concern is ties but they themselves have said you have some economic ties so that should count.
Also your siblings, are they on legal status and not that they filed for refugee or became a burden at some point? Also have they finished their course? have they progressed? If no then that’s the problem and what should be addressed with strong LOE. If yes please JR

I’m telling you, I’m glad many ppl listened to the session. It was insightful and useful. That’s like the first time I will see through the eyes of a typical VO. God knows that God forbid my decision isn’t positive, I’m hiring her for the next

GodsGabby:

If you have the patience and also money, please JR.

I would advise people to watch the video on KSA IG link RollyA shared.
This VO just love to do anyhow. When people begin to JR they will wake up. The reason they give are so bogus and generic, and yet they waste so much time handling applicants file before passing refusals.

Get a good immigration lawyer.
And the funny part is when a lawyer steps in you see them acting fast on ur application.
