So just learn and free the matter. They make all kinda sneakers replicas from China and Vietnam and it comes in grades, those ones that cost 30k range are grade 1, anything under 20k is grade 2 or 3. Everyone wants to look good but cant afford what it cost to look good. So chin up man and over the matter biko. Na where we find ourselves for Naija be that.

Once a seller agrees to refund I never have a problem with them but I always settle for the worst case scenario thing. I loose so so percent ontop of the transaction then I can move on. Also sellers too won't explain truth or sensitize buyers.

@OP: Please, take it to Yaba Motor Park and give it to vehicle drivers preferably buses going to Ibadan. They will carry it and deliver it to the person. Just give them the persons phone number and delivery address. That's how I sent a big foam that I advertised here on Monday and it got to the person. The guy called me immediately that he has received it. Just negotiate with the driver or conductor, once you accept the terms it's safe for delivery.

In that context, "good quality" is ambiguous and ambiguity leads to vagueness.

If I ask you how good a product you're selling is, that is me asking about its quality, durability and honest opinion, from a seller to a buyer. The response should have been clear as dew rather than masked under an ambiguous response. Plus, she's a seller, right? Her definition of "good quality" is subjective since her aim is to sell. The buyer didn't need to wear the shoe for a day in order to tell the shoe's quality and outrightly reject it.

If the seller is coming back to state that the buyer wants an original sneakers for 10k plus, that for me, puts me off. She knows the product she's selling. Why not state as is? Why market under an established, global and reputable brand when she ought to add the word "clone"?

PS: I was trying to get some female sneakers from her as baby girl needed them and I recall anuoreangel didn't have what I wanted at the time. I will still get some female sneakers if she advertises good ones but unsuspecting folks should be made to understand that they are clones.

I don't think it was ambiguous, I think "good quality" as used here is subjective, it may have been good quality to her and not him. But him saying he asked her specifically for Original Nike when he only asked about the quality is where I have an issue with it, because that's the premise that everyone has been going by.

You ve a right to do your business and sell whatever you have available. Its an hustle, but some other time just try and clarify things. Explain the grade/quality of stock to potential buyers. There re people on this thread who would pay 100k plus for a sneakers. Don't let trivial issues like this dent your reputation. Also there re overhead costs these days even as a seller to have your goods delivered you will pay for delivery or dispatch. If a customer changes his or her mind, you two can discuss and come to a middle ground. So whoever is buying should understand those terms. Omo I don nack am already, nothing can be done again but learn an expensive lesson. If I had even bought the Hisense abi poly star for 245k at least it is still a recognized brand. I carry money buy brandless Tv. Almost 2 weeks I on it last even with stabilizer because I hardly watch TV. With proper handling I hope it last sha, me I don learn.

Even the so called branded TV are not as durable as we think... I bought a Samsung Tv in Jan, did not last up to 3weeks all port stopped working, I had to return it and was given another one ( where i found out that TV durability is mostly proportional to where it will be shipped....( though this fact is not ascertain)). They gave me a Samsung korean TV which they said was better than Samsung egypt, which they sold initially. ( using it now no problem or single issues)

So to enjoy the tv very well just buy a very good UPs, that will serve as standby... then you will definitely enjoy it for at least 1yrs.. God go don butter bread by then wey you go buy cinema put for house...
