If you read what Apple said, they are not spying on the phone but icloud when you sync your photos to it.... How will they go after the few when you don't even know them. If I take you to a location you are not familiar with and ask you to arrest the criminals there, how would that be possible if you don't monitor their activities or catch them in the act?

Another thing is storing your photos on iCloud means you have already given Apple whatever privacy you are claiming to have. You never had any privacy to begin with. The same with those storing their pictures on Google photos.

Only way to preserve you private is to go mad live in the forest and stay away from technology.

In theory, yes. But you are never too sure about the exact implementation of the A.I.

What do you expect, when your info are backed up on their icloud storage, did u think u ever had the privacy?..it's like your normal backup memory device.. whenever you need some info which u don't want it should be missing you recall. For the fact the phone has high security doesn't stop their being accessible to your info.
