I joined the Union about 3 years ago when I was getting ready to report a Director at work for financial misconduct, and was anticipating having to lawyer up if it went to a Grievance or Tribunal, which is one of the benefits that come with Unite membership. Haven't left the union since. I keep my subscription up since then as long term insurance against any employment disputes

This handout statement is not targeted at any color. Romney famously said 47% of the population want handouts and trust me blacks are not 47% on the population
