Let's say u bought 5000 dollars worth of bake at 4.5 dollars and bake goes down to 1 dollars, instead of you waiting for months for bake to reach that same 4.5 dollars you bought at that time, you can pour additional 5000 dollars into bake again at 1 dollar.. So at least if bake doesn't get to 4.5, it can get to 2 dollars and it means u av made extra 5000 dollars, this is apart from your original 5000..


Original capital 5000 dollars @4.5
It dips to 1000 @ 1 dollars..

You can find additional 4000 dollars and buy bake again at 1 dollars

If bake moves to 2 dollars atlest, u av seen gain..

Dont forget, u still av ur 5000 initial invested money there.. U may choose to withdraw all or withdraw the 2nd one use to average it wọlé waiting for bake to still reach 4.5

You buy as prices go down. Assuming you buy an equal quantity of your 4k purchase at $2, your entry/break even price is now $3

However,I do suggest you target less than $2 entry price. This will drastically reduce your entry/breakeven price.

Hope it makes sense.

Another thing, going forward, bull run is not a time to hold, best to cut your loss and renter. Its better towait for the time when people are scared to buy then dollars cost average. That's the basic rule of the game

That rally is not done. I'm HODLING but only because I didn't trade it at size. If.I traded at size, I would be taking profits. My target is 55, close to ATH of 58 but I will assess at 50 which should provide some momentary resistance. If the upward wicks are short at 50, I will try and stay till 55

Same for all my open positions in ICP, ETC, Doge, SHIB, XRP, Cake and ADA. I'm in breakout mode on all of them rather than swing mode. None are at size so I can afford to ride small reversals

Divide the amount into 5 or 10 ur choice nd then buy each level of dip..say it dips 3% u buy .it dips further u buy again..like that like that..u get

TA is good and if you should live by it, you will survive the crypto trading war but fundamentals, strong fundamentals are what may make or marr a crypto pricing growth. Right now; the words in the street is some fewer traders are selling, a larger percentage of traders are stashing up dia btc bags and buying and with several minors n major fundamentals happening more frequently by d week within the crypto space,i.e btc.
I see btc going parabolic with several altcoins on its wings before the close of the year. By the way, nairaland's jedison is one of the best TA gurus in the house...I no longer bother myself with reading time-framed btc's TAs from tradingview.. cuz I'm not a newbie in the crypto space...I can read n understand TA effortlessly n cross-reference them on dia respective time-charts on the exchange, bcuz I had done my homework over the long period.
