Maybe you changed the boot logo?

I'm sure people know that redmi battery lasts longer if you leave your battery plugged after fully charged for a while, like 30-45 minutes.
I'm guessing, when we see the phone charge up to 100%, at first, it's not actually 100.
Seems it's a safe guard for the battery long term life.

It could be that you use a Samsung theme..My redmi note 9s shows Samsung logo whenever my theme is one UI 3.0

Poco m3 drops to the floor, it has the transparent casing on. after the hard drop, phone touch features start misbehaving, touch light wouldn't even come on.
tried restarting the phone and that was it, it wouldn't come on again. it will just show battery-low symbol on the screen n go off.

I have gone to Raya centre and they said they don't have replacement parts for it yet.

what could be wrong with the phone? any trusted repairer I can go to ?
