Zoo citizens are still rejoicing over a bridge while countries has left them behind.

Just as in those days when people do gather together to watch a new ride that just entered the village.

Umu zoo, come and praise your daddy he just did one of the wonders of earth

This project has been on for the past 5 years and about 50% of the entire project has been completed so far. Only God knows how long it will take to complete this project.

Fashola only comes to the South East to take pictures at the second Niger bridge! Nothing else! For six solid years, this is all he does in the SE..., it's this Jonathans project that brings him to the entire South East. There are no major roads completed and commissioned there by Fashola. No major housing projects! Correct me if I'm wrong but Fashola has commissioned housing projects in the north , in the west etc, but none in the East! And this is intentional. During the formation of APC, Fashola angrily complained that "those who lost the war are enjoying the country more than those who won the war"!

So Just like Ogunleye his brother, Fashola intentionally refuses to do any projects in the South East because he believes that the place should be turned into hell because "they lost the war"! This is supposed to be a SAN btw... Buhari and Fashola have managed to commission only one "BIG" project in the entire South East in six years and that's The Ziks mausoleum! So much love!! It's a scorched earth janja-weed policy of marginalisations and destruction that this Evil government has inflicted on the people of the South East and the man mainly responsible for this is the Minister of Works, Babatunde Fashola!

You prefer they share the money for the bridge like PDP did for 16 years so crumbs can hit your side which you will then tag economic impact.

Rice no be 3k now.....dont be an alarmist because you want to make a point

You can stay hungry to build a house ooooo you simply put it to let and make money from it just like you could from a taxi

What makes you think the bridge wont have any economic impact? The economic impact is huge besides the present bridge is ageing and a relief bridge is way to go.....nothing wrong with the bridge

Do you know anyone that owns land and property along that road will automatically see it's value rise?

That's one of the ways infrastructure puts money in people's pockets.

Thanks to Goodluck Jonathan who started this project and payed a substantial amount to the contractor. Gowon promised to build this bridge in 1970.
