you should have posted this in properties section to get a more broad feed back meanwhile, it all depends on the finishing, we have luxury, Standard and economy building finishing.

You can't compare a house finish with stone coated roofing sheet and parapet with water collectors, bathroom with jacuzzi, water heaters, marble and pop ceilings with a house with abestoes or aluminum roofing sheet, and facial board with the former, taste and finish with your pocket determine what you get, having said all this, with 6m you can have a standard 3 bedroom flat on your head and become a landlord instead of spending that money on rent under 5 years and still remain a tenant, hope this solve your question
