Hello room.Your advice is needed please
Grandpa left my family (my dad and his other 9 siblings) over 100 archers of land

My dad called me earlier today and told me to think about starting a cow ranching business on the land
He said he’s going to talk to his other siblings so they can measure out his own part for him then I can use it for the cow business

Out of all the family (dad and other siblings ) he’s the most successful one amount them all, infact they mostly depend on my dad

The location of the land is about 2 hours drive to my destination

I am the first born and I have 3 siblings. Me and my brother and the other 2 from my step mother. My mom is late

1)My fear is If I invest in this business and it start booming ,my step mother might start coming up with the story of its dads property

2) I can’t be going there everyday because of the distance,I will have to employ someone.

And finally Is a cow ranching business something you don’t have to be there all the time for accountability and all ?
