Why is PDP so dumb. If you are requesting the governor be removed for accepting another appointment. The next in line is the deputy governor or a new election if the deputy governor is incapacitated.

The court cannot remove him as governor since it’s only the state house of assembly that can do that. Asking the court to order the swearing in of the defeated PDP candidate is a joke taken too far. If the governor for any reason other than electoral matter is removed, the deputy governor automatically steps in and not the defeated candidate.

So, what’s the benefit of the case to PDP? This is nothing but a mere academic exercise and a waste of the court’s time.

The court will not rule against patent constitutional provisions which needs no interpretation, The court can remove any elected political office holder through a constitutional judicial process, while the house removes on the event of the breach of the trust of the office he holds.

APC is already dead. The only way out is to revert to Giadom, not even Oshomole. PDP is holding APC by the balls and Tinubu is out to scatter the party now. The creation of CECPC was a monumental error. PDP only acted on it using Ondo governorship challenge. Just watch as APC will crumble.

Can you give just one instance in the past where the court removed an elected governor over a breach of constitution that is not related to electoral matter.

How can violation of APC’s article 17 be a good ground for PDP to ask the court to remove an elected and replace with the candidate that came second? Is the violation of APC constitution a ground for removing a governor?
