Mods please this is my life. I need help


Please advise me of any mistake I do now, could hurt me terribly.

I am an animator working for a company on upwork, for those who know upwork, you know how important your jss score is and your rating etc. For those that don't, please search for it.

Now I've been on a contract since 3 months ago for 15$ per hour. Equivalent to 6000naira per hour on 500 exchange rate, after upwork takes their commission of 2$. I do that and still, handle fixed jobs. Recently I got an offer for 25$ per hour which puts me back at 20$ per hour which is 10,000 naira per hour and I will work for 40 hours every week for the next 6 months. Now the problem I am having is, how can I quit this current job, which is going to last till 2022 longer than this other one. I'm interested in the money, not the long term since I'm still getting fixed jobs etc.

I've told them I want to quit but they said they can't lose me and I'm the best creator they have. I don't want to tell them I got another offer, the base in Canada. Please which strong lie can I use or advise me better please. If I just quit my jss will take a hit and it will cost me from getting quality clients in future. I am in a mess of no return.

bro I can't outsource anything oo, jeez do you want to ruin my career. I can only trust myself in terms of the quality I produce. See I did multiple contracts, but the problem is that I want to quit this particular one because I have to work more than 45hrs a week which makes me very tired. I have other lesser contract which I do on my free time a month I can decide to do just 40 hrs that month and nothing will happen etc.

Six months from now is till around January 2022.

Just have patience and serve out your contract if it does not have an exit clause you can trigger.

In you next contract make sure you keep it to a maximum term of 3 months

hmmm. You want me to outsource an hourly contract. Let me explain how it works. I need an app to use the hourly contract, now the app will keep taking screenshots of my desktop. It is not a fixed price work that I can outsource. I can only get paid only by fair use of the hour's work. For example, look at the screenshot

In the screenshot, the circled area shows 10/10 which means I worked perfectly on this. And it takes a screenshot of what I am working on etc. So I can't outsource that is why I am here seeking help. If I could I won't be here.

On that same upwork, we are top employers. ( if you are genuine, why not tell the employer you are a company/business and would assign the task to your employee, no one cares who does it, all we want is the job done)

The foreign team that work at my lagos office are 4, I am here thinking of when Nigeria will open the airport to allow additional team come in, one boy is here talking about $2500 ..

2500$ is beans on what I make on Fiverr. Fiverr is where I have a lot of people working for me, and that's why im looking for people I can teach to know my pattern and generate income. I have a studio in Enugu duly reiterated. I'm not even your mate in money, 2500$ is what you call money ogbeni, tell.me.your top employers name. I have been posting proofs here. Oya post your own as a top employer on upwork. Kids are all rich over the internet.
