I fear for southern Nigeria..

It took less than three months of the withdrawal of us forces for the Taliban to take over the country.
They'll take Kabul anytime from now. And that marks the fall of Afghanistan and beginning of a true sharia republic. Taliban airforce, Taliban navy and Taliban military.
And the opium's would never run out so they have a source of income.

The current Afghanistan president is a puppet to the West which ordinary Afghans detest.. At the same time, the Taliban can't win without the same West

This is really sad all the gains the country made in the last 20years via the support of the American government has gone down the drains

Let the Nigeria govt learn from this. I saw a thread abt a Nairalander describing his experience with bandits. That bandits move in their thousands on bike.
The more ransom bandits collects, the more arms and recruitments they get. A time is coming when the will be so large in number that they can attack and overrun a whole state judging from the fact that our security forces are spineless.

Why do you think BH is flourishing in NE because the people support them.

If NA slack you will wake up one day and the people of NE will with open arms welcome BH to run the place.

The Afghanistan soldiers are not fighting back...they want Taliban back. Let them decide their future. They want Islamic Rule

I think Afghanistans wants this... Their recent onslaught and swift takeover of major cities with no resistance is questionable...

It's really a pathetic situation. I just hope it won't set a precedence to other insurgent groups all around the world.
