Bird's eye view of Nigeria's premier naval shipbuilding facility.

We can see the following;

- Locally built Inshore Patrol Crafts (IPC's)

- Imported Paramount Group RHIBs

- A house Boat currently under construction - Dock 1

- painting ongoing on the 45 meters Seaward Defence Boat 3 (SDB 3)

- Oil Rig been built for Total E&P FPSO, Egina , Egina project

- NNS Centenary in the main dock carrying out maintenance

- 2 abandoned boats

- Under construction 40 meters fuel barge

- NIMASA floating Dock

- NNS Unity waiting to use the dock after maintenance on NNS Centenary is completed.

Officers and men of the Nigerian Air Force Flag of Nigeria have completed their training and are now certified to man air assets of the deep blue project, the graduation ceremony took place at the Air Force logistics command in Ikeja, Lagos.

Barely a few months since Trump & Nato threw in the towel and the Taliban have already pulled up on the National Capital. The same country with tons of FREE US military hardware in stock at every corner. I wonder what al Qaeda is doing lying in wait? My god and people want to downplay Nigeria's containment & elimination success; if this was Nigeria..... shocked cry

don't compare US war effort in Afghanistan to the shabby effort the Nigerian armed forces is putting into fighting BH and Bandits. Let me tell you why.

The US will not allow terror to last on its own soil for 24 hours. If the US is unwilling to finish the war against terror in Afghanistan they have their reason and it is not their people that is getting bombed and killed everyday. Eveeln some of the soldiers dying in the US army in the war against terror are recruited immigrants. So they have nothing to loss.


But Nigeria we have a war at our door step, we have armed bandit slitting the throat of innocent school children and you sit in the confines of the dilapidated structure that you have convinced yourself to regard as a home and you dare make comparisons between the American foreign war against terror with your domestic war against a deadly and serious threat that is almost eating us up.
Too much Hollywood is disturbing you boy, you are still SICK!!!!

One more this has to be said: The US strategy of nation building failed but any country who recognized this Jihadists is a traitor and cannot be a friend of Nigeria. And yes, i am looking at Russia, China and Pakistan here. We should watch their body language closely now.


I think Russia, China, and Pakistan are doing this to rub it in the face of the US and the west.

I think your obsession with my health mirrors your personal fears of your frail and crumbling health and mental status.

I think there's an ongoing competition, we've seen Turkish and Indian ambassadors visit CNS in recent days.

Also Turkey & India participated in the LST RFI, but both nations lost out to Holland.

With the Navy getting an LST, possibly 2 units, it is almost guaranteed that they would be getting a Frigate or Corvette too.

3 units of the Milgem would be ideal.
