Download update file manually with a download manager and install.

How to manually update..

Go to Settings > About phone > System update.

If tapping the 3-dot button shows the “Choose update package” option, click on that and choose the downloaded ROM from your internal storage or SD card. In case you don’t find the “Choose update package” option from the 3-dot menu, tap on the MIUI 11/12 logo inside the “System update” page several times. A prompt will then show that additional updater settings are now available. Now you can tap on Choose update package and select the MIUI 11/12 update file

That’s it. The system will start decrypting the file and install it automatically for you. Wait for it to finish the process, which may take 10-30 mins

Data should be on during the decryption process

Same thing people have been complaining about, poco M3 and Redmi 9t. Did it just off or you rebooted it, what did you do to it?

During updates, don't touch the phone till it's completely updated and booted.

In your case, Hold power button for 15s. If it doesn't work, wait for about 3 days for the battery to be completely discharged and try again.

Try updating to 12.0.10. it has no issues.

Poco X3 GT is better than than the Poco X3 Pro

Finally went for Poco x3 pro. Damn! The device is powerful! Smooth and buttery game play. This would be perfect with an Ipega pad. Stock camera is also very good. I won't be needing Gcam for this. Only thing is that the phone looks average when it comes to aesthetics. A good looking pouch or a custom skin could fix this. Glad I went for this instead of the note 10 pro.

Please is there any redmi authorized service center in the east??

Mi note 10 is a 2019 phone.
You can go for Mi 11 lite (4G) or you can raise your budget a bit and go for the 5G version with better processor and GPU
