Tested with new coils and plugs, Tested with another throttle body

Fuel pump changed

Problem persist

I'm experiencing the same problem, and got the same code p0141 p0161 and a code for upstream sensor bank 2 sensor 1.. I guess you just have to change your 02 sensors, the stalling is probably caused my lean fuel mixture....
I stand to be corrected! Meanwhile i haven't solved mine because i am yet to change the 02 sensors

Please quote me when you find a solution and does your own experience cold start problem? Like a knocking sound before it's midway until it's fully warm the noise will disappear

It shutoff mostly on first 5 early morning attempt to start, Starts run for like 1min, rough idle and stall.

Even if i start it again it will keep stalling till engine warms up abit
Rough idle continues

Also stall in traffic or traffic light waiting situation

It would be very difficult to trouble shut the vehicle online, but alot of things can cause the rough idling vacuum leak, EGR valve stock opened and so many other things. But message me let me see how i can help, 08092757438.

After fixing the top cylinder valve that was bent, did you rescan the car? If yes, what coded did it throw?
