The Taliban was only able to achieve their feast immediately the USA started evacuation process of their military presence in Afghanistan.

The Taliban have made a few statements:

All who want to leave Afghanistan will be allowed to leave;
They have said that they do not want to kill a single innocent civilian, but there has been no ceasefire;
Women will be allowed to keep jobs and be educated.
My comments:

The Taliban have reached out to Russia, China to explain their plans;
Russia explained to the Taliban that it is closely aligned with China, and that while the Russians will take care of security, the Chinese will provide economic aid;
A Taliban delegation visited China and met with the Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi. Wang Yi said that it wanted the Taliban to rule with moderation, and bring together all parties for a government of national unity.
The Taliban will have to decide how important Chinese aid is for their government. Their treatment of women will be a barometer which the Chinese government will follow closely to gauge how extreme/moderate the new Taliban government is.
If the Taliban are extreme, it will be a victory for the US/UK/India and west because they can say “We told you so…”;
If the Taliban are moderate, it will be a victory for Russia/China/Iran/Pakistan and especially for China’s BRI initiative

He's the US's puppet so they will cover for him.

Only those not bidding their interest are seen as corrupt or terrorists/dictators.
