Hi, I'm just a freshman seeking schools to apply to, I studied Biochemistry, and graduated since 2011, I have not been practicing my profession given the situation in the country (no job), I got into fashion and designing, from 2012 till date, please can I be eligible for any school and which? I will appreciate your help. Thank you
chigozieduru:

Hi. Did you apply to other schools or only Tufts? If you applied to multiple schools and you got full scholarship from one of them then it makes truth is I have not been practicing my profession given the situation in the country (no job), I got into fashion and designing, from 2012 till date..choosing full ride over 80% tuition fee waiver. If latter then the choice lies between your financial capability. Can you and/or your sponsor cover the remaining 20% tuition fee and living expenses? Living in Massachusetts is not cheap just like majority of places in US recently unless you move down south. This should give you an idea of housing cost there -- https://offcampus.tufts.edu/housing

Tufts is a private university and you'd most likely get quality education there followed by surplus job prospect afterwards. Is this MS degree in Data Analytics?

Another piece of advice would be to inquire from your grad coordinator if there's option of getting full tuition fee waiver when you commence after a semester or so from impressive coursework results.

Hello people, what is really happening? I've been applying for dates on the US portal for the past 3 months to no avail. My school resumes tommorow but I was given a month grace, is it because I have dependants with me? I'm tired of searching, I've used about 3 agents to no avail. I applied for emergency date, and it was denied. Nothing is wrong with my documents, I dont know why there are no dates available I'm sincerely frustrated. Please how can I be helped? My present agent has been searching since last week, to no avail.
which type of lazy agents are you actually using
They were available dates from April may, june
Dates started getting scarce towards June ending so it’s probably your “agent “ who wasn’t serious to pick an earlier date .

chai had you known. You would have paid your visa fee and selected a date earlier
This fall might not be feasible, you can defer to spring and be hopeful for dates….

@ no.4, will they send you a mail about them sending confirmation messages to your school?
smithval:

That's the first step in obtaining your Wes evaluation.
Did you pay for the WES ICAP COURSE BY COURSE EVALUATION?

After obtaining your reference number,
1) print the transcript request form they'll send to you and proceed to your university/college/polytechnic/college of education.
NB: ensure all your documents to be sent to Wes has the reference number written on them

2) go to exams and records and request for transcript to be sent to Wes.
(this will depend on your school). You may have to pay for courier service, transcript request and all that.
Ask fellow alumni.

3) if you have obtained your degree certificate, kindly upload it on WES page.
You'll see a tab for required documents.
You can only upload degree certificate while your transcript must be sent to them physically.

4) after they receive your transcript and confirm, they'll send back to your school (now electronically) for secondary verification.
Depending on your school, you may pay. And time frame varies greatly too.

5) after secondary verification, your status will change to.

"We're are processing your final evaluation, estimated date of completion is blablabla".

Hope I tried to answer your question.

All the best

Good morning everyone. I got denied on the 18th of this month ( Tuesday), sad actually and I cried so much but we moveee lol. Anyways I’m trying to defer my admission to spring and also get another interview date for later, I paid another MRV fee this morning but at the point of rescheduling I was asked if I have been previously denied and I responded and immediately “ sorry there are no dates available popped up “ and I couldn’t proceed.

Please what’s the process of getting a new date
after a denial, or do I have to give it more time, and please is it advisable to to have my interview at the same interview that I was denied.

Please I need help on this.
Re: General USA Student Visa Enquiries-part 16 by Hyfeseyi: 6:56am On Aug 19, 2021
I paid for a new visa fee and I indicated I was earlier denied. Just follow instructions and be truthful. Yes I filled that I was earlier denied on my ds160.

AllureI:
Congrats on your Visa approval. Please how where you able to apply for an expedited appointment, even after your denial within 6 months? Because it is indicated that you can't request for EA if you were denied within 6 months. Secondly when filling your DS-160, did you indicate that you have been denied before? Please your response will go a long way for me. Thank you.

Your travel experience made it simple bro, imagine going to France and Germany and decided to come back , it means you are not a potential immigrant, when my elder brother who spent his time on traveling visited US embassy …. They just opened his passport and close it back and hand him a white paper, they only question they asked him

What are you going to this country to do

Which airline will be using to US and my brother says Delta airline … that’s all

Hello people, top of the morning to you, please I need to apply for an emergency date again, where do you think I can get a favorable date between Now and September 16th.
Lagos Embassy
Abuja Embassy

Which of these has a date that is favourable for a family of 3, before September 16th? Thank you.

From all my experience, travel history recorded on passport counts ... it makes the way easier. Even if it a transit through the G7 nations... it helps a lot.

Good morning to you too. You can only be sure that Abuja will respond to your request sooner than Lagos.

And while you are at it, don't forget to add SEVIS fee receipt, DS160 confirmation and of course your I20.

Top of the day to you all!
I'm a prospective applicant to texas tech university, and from my observation,it seems TTU hardly grants FULL FUNDING to admitted students?

Secondly,on the online application form, there's a column one is asked if"there's any additional information the admission team needs to know about you"..is this more like an SOP?
If yes, what should be the contents?

Please your timely response is highly needed.
Best regards
