But this reason ain't good enough. I mean the fate of the universe was hanging in the balance and they didn't interfere because Thanos ( baddest guy ever liveth) ain't a deviant. Sometimes there are reasons for treason. Saving lives should come first.

He's actually an eternal with a deviant gene. So the Eternals may have still viewed him as an eternal hence why they didn't Interfere.

These eternal guys story came up at a wrong point in the mcu. Thanos almost wiped off all life on the planet they swore to protect. They siddon look like naija politicians. Before you tell me about orders from celestials. Aren't they eventually going against same celestial from the trailer?

Pele oh. You can't equate Thanos whose parents are both eternals as a deviant because of a deviant gene he inherited from from his parents which was recessive in them. He is largely an eternal.

Same way a deviant with an eternal gene due to heritance of a recessive eternal gene from both deviant parents is still a deviant.

If one of his parents were deviants then 50% of Thanos would be a deviant meaning he would be half deviant and half eternal. Thanos is over 90% an eternal boss. And also this is just a trailer, a clearer picture will be painted when it comes out.
