Yes, there were a lot. Many occurred last year, many attacks are not made public or the level of breach is not disclosed. The Solarwinds attack affected the US Commerce, US Treasury dept. and many other companies. Many Public schools were also hacked.

Cyberattacks have nothing to do with who's in power. They will keep increasing in scope and complexity. They were hundreds of cyberattacks last year and it's expected to continue.
