The summary of the case is that Ibe Kachukwu bought the car in the UK, with all the papers complete, took the car to the US where it was discovered the car was stolen. The US acknowledged he didn't know the car was stolen and his lawyer is suing the UK custom for allowing a stolen car to be cleared!
