BascoVanVeli:Never chest. He missed the face and hit his jaw. Pic 1: Osimhen going for his face and neck. Pic 2: Osimhen's hand lands clearly on jaw and neck. Violent conduct, straight red. What are you even arguing?

Meanwhile, the Afrobasket dunks off today...Nigeria first game is tomorrow against Mali.... I'm not really expecting too much from the boys... The squad we took to Rwanda is weak...the weakest D'tigers sqaud in a long time... |

TheSuperNerd:I never rate Awaziem but watching him in the last Afcon as a makeshift RB convinced me enough to say I made a mistake about his potential. I think the guy has come of age and Ekong who I never rate and lack any potential to convince me as a better CB need to sit down for Awaziem in SE. Time to see young Awaziem pairing old Balogun in SE. |

JohnBullMySon:I think time for us to stop defending what is not...Osimenh just need to take it cool and stop behaving like upcoming player. Osimehn should realized that he is a big star and a role model to some young ones and his behaviors on and off field is important. I remember how he almost messed up with Punch newspaper, his party photo despite covid restrictions uploaded by a friend and his club reaction. Also his outburst with Leon Balogun during training as a rookie in SE. I think some of his red cards offences can be avoided if he is cool especially this one we are discussing. Osimenh missing three games due to red card is a big minus to Napoli as a club. |

Kog45:I won't stop defending this because there was absolutely nothing there. I posted a video of Luis Suarez using the same move. My main issue is with u guys claiming that his intention was to hit that player when clearly he was removing the guy from his space and now u are using meaningless issues to judge this situation. The same fight and aggressiveness that u guys are bashing is what got him this far in life. All u should ask is that he manages it which he is doing. |

What on earth is wrong with Brenda Rogers ![]() Benching Nacho for Perez? Nacho has to look for loan elsewhere seem Rogers has no regards for his talent in that team Benching a guy that scored 17 goals in his last 22 games, won the community shield for Leicester! Kel needs a loan out, he doesn't deserve this snub from Rogers I will keep saying Ndidi has peaked in Leicester playing with below average team, he needs a new challenge to raise his game and improve his all round play |

Chidozie Collins Awaziem (Boavista) also deservedly makes Sofascore's Portuguese Primeira Liga NOS TOTW after his masterful Libero display at the heart of Boavista's defence.

BascoVanVeli:What do you mean by meaningless issues?Baba pls always calm down. Osimehn belong to us and nothing like defending or hating here my man. Baba his talent brought him to this stage and not fight. He just needs to manage his success with care cos this season he must shake the table with CR7 and no need for unnecessary cards. |

Kog45:Calming down? Who is fighting with u What does his issue with Leon balogun have to do with anything? Those issues are absolutely meaningless in this conversation. There is a difference between fight and fighting spirit sir. Ronaldo is winger. Real strikers like Zlatan, Suarez, Costa, Lukaku or even Jamie Vardy will tear your head off. They are aggressive and the world loves them for that but all of a sudden Victor needs to calm down to please soft hearted people. So why don't they give keepers red cards when they miss the ball and punch players? Because it is a football motion. So why then penalize a lad for a football move? |

My sef I tire. If KC had been awful in the last few competitive games for Leicester City I would have understood but C'mon! benching your most in form striker for guys who are not exactly prolific themselves doesn't make sense. Won't be surprised if he decides to still bench Iheanacho on saturday. oloriooko: |

TheSuperNerd:I like the connect. Its superb. The scorer gave him lots of reasons to give that pass. Many on here, however would berate him and say he's wasting balls if in GWG. Especially if the winger fails to score. I believe he and Ndidi have got this long balls thing in them to produce goal for the GWG. But will the wingers waste it and ruin such, especially at this Afcon, or its the coach we'll blame? Overall, Nice assist. Very timely and calm composure by the Goalscorer too. Iwobi/Moses/Kalu should be able to bury such connects. |
