How long now is it taking them to get the payment approval?

They've sorted the LOA, remaining the death certificate.

It has taken more than 7 working days since they have sent it to pencom for approval.
I went there twice and they were claiming that they only saw my mail. I messaged and copied pencom, if u see the way they replied with speed. It was surprising .
They now apologized and said its pencom approval that's delaying them

But someone on this page said it took them 4 days for Pencom to approve. Which means that Stanbic did not send the approval on time to Pencom and probably only sent it after your email.

That's what I suspect also. Because pencom approval takes five days max

I just reported stanbic incompetence and said how they always delay in sending or checking someone application. Copied pencom and the magic happened

PENSION MANAGER INCOMPETENCE
I will like to report the incompetence of stanbic ibtc pension managers. I submitted an application of withdrawals of additional fund since 7 days ago, up till date, I haven't gotten an approval.
Furthermore, I know that it takes within 5 days for pencom to give approval. To this, I can say it's either stanbic is incompetence or they are delaying .

I visited PALpensions office today. They said PENCOM has granted approval and payment would be made next week, latest.

I applied for withdrawal about a month ago. It was not until TheFarmer told me we use the same PFA and that he's been paid that I thought to check back today.

Verifications and forwarded to Pencom for approval. Fingers crossed that this one doesn't delay oooo...we don tire for the long process.

Pls I don't know if anyone av ideal of when pencom is going to resume payment of death benefit

They might not send it , better disturb ur pfa to know if they've sent it to pencom .
