don't treat blindly, for now you never know what it is, just visit a good Lab, let them run some test, like culture and sensitivity test, the result will give you the best drugs for the treatment including the ointment to use for the skin.

Looks more like a fungi infection... Likely ringworm of the body consider taking personal hygiene seriously. It takes time to go, just bath with bicarbonate of soda, more often and use anti fungi ointment. You'll be fine no cause for alarm

Single dose Ivermectin, coupled with topical application of Permethrin cream are the recognized treatment for Scabies.

In the absence of Permethrin (quite scarce some times), you can settle for Crotamiton cream (Eurax).

. Change of soap can cause it or food reaction. Original Fulcin can cure it with some ointment available at a pharmacy. Change your sponge now because it is infected already and wash your bed items also.

It's looking like pityriasis rosae.

But do check with a doctor.

Bath and rub tetmosol it might be scabies or mites that burrow in your skin but buy tetmosol bath with it and rub it thoroughly on your body from 3 to 4 days if it is mites it will stop tetmosol is the best medicated soap for skin better than dettol

It looks more like a fungal infection to me. I thought I was the only one that saw it but I think some other few people do too.

Since there's a kind of confusion, I would advise you to go to a hospital or clinic to find out. But if you will not be able to go today like you said, it's better you step into a pharmacy with a certified pharmacist to get a topical ointment to relieve you a bit today, before the internal treatment starts.

Same thing happened to me about 10 years ago, the more you burst it open the more it spreads. I was told my skin was reacting to either a dirty towel or bathing water. I treated mine with skineal with some antibiotics and it worked for me.
