That is not true, he will get his proper placement after 3 years when he will be due for the next promotion, except that he did not submit he BSc during documentation. l know people that was promoted from level 4 to level 9(2star), if he even play his game very well, it will not be long.

Most of the CG candidates are getting less than what their qualifications because the CG does not have power above level 7, except that he want to pass through the board

So who will collect the bsc during documentation? The service will not recognize such certificate, they stated it clearly.
Na only long leg magic fit mk them accept such certificate.

Maybe a new masters could suffice in the long run.

bro it seems you don't know what's going on in ministry of interior, once you enter
any agency under the ministry of interior without your bsc cert. be ready to start university all over again. They assume any certificate you acquire must be use when entering the service, If you didn't use it and for instance use a lower certificate, that your bsc will no longer be recognized anymore, you will be ask to go back to university with study permit. I left correctional service because of that.
