1. They are in the habit of bringing estimated bills.

2. The light they give us in most cases is usually useless, can't power most household appliances like small freezer, Pumping Machine.

The voltage is usually between 60v - 90v in most cases. Once a while, the voltage can go beyond 120v.

3. In many cases, Our light gets damaged when rain falls.

They do repair it (sometimes after we place calls, sometimes before we do). And while the staffs servicing our area told us the issue have been filed officially, to the best of my knowledge, a permanent solution have not been found.

4. They refuse to give prepaid metres.

Bedc is a disaster
There behave like a government run institution. Treat customers like they are doing us a favour and we still have to pay like every other person in Nigeria.

They are a useless company together with their inefficient power supply,outrageous bills and 419 prepaid meters.

BEDC is the most useless of them all.. All my interactions with them have been with negative feedback, the staff are terrible, the custome care will even insult you. Learnt the head is a woman who don't give a daam by virtue of her connections with people on high places, they often forget they will leave the position some day either by retirement or even death. God is the greatest!

Even the customer care representative will advise you not to buy voucher online. you're on your own when you buy online, they can change your traffic and refuse to give u valid codes, those guys are iredemably useless
