Opensea now supports Polygon blockchain ($matic), but I don't think you can do without using ETH. Even if you're using the Polygon blockchain, you still have to use Polygon's Ethereum, WETH (Wrapped Ethereum). And incase you're wondering, 1 ETH = 1 WETH always.
