Am even fed up, I just called their line now but they keep saying network, I was even asked to update my data which I have been doing since morning and to no avail, can't download PPA letter since Saturday fa. 1 Like |

Kaybae: Keep pressing the download button repeatedly despite the error message you'll get. In less than 5 minutes, you'll have your PPA letter downloaded. 1 Like |

yomusty: I downloaded mine 2 days ago using the UC browser on the normal mobile view, it doesn't have to be on the desktop view. I think the trick here is just that continuous click regardless of whatever error message you get.. 1 Like |
