That's why ure still having diarrhoea despite taking a cocktail of antibiotics.
U may be having pseudomembranous colitis due to abuse of antibiotics.
Now the treatment is :
-1 go to a big well established pharmacy

-2.Buy vancomycin and take 1 tab 4 times daily for 10 days to kill d bacteria ( clostridium difficult has most likely taken over ur gut.

-3.ask for a good gut probiotic and take it as prescribed on the leaflet to grow back ur normal bacterial flora.

Granting a prescription, especially no.2, in this manner is downright unethical.
Rather, signpost op in the direction of a secondary or tertiary health facility.

I've been having watery and frequent stool for over a month. I stool a minimum of three times a day and its always watery.

I have visited hospitals and done numerous tests but no improvement.

I have done Blood test, stool test, Covid-19 test and HIV test and all were negative.

I have used all sorts of antibiotics and anti-diarrheals as recommended by doctors and pharmacists; Azithromyin, Metronidazole, Ciprotab, lomotil, loperamide etc.

I am single but have a girlfriend. We have MouthAction and rarely use condom.

I remember that around the time this stooling started, I bought a rice at one Captain Cook eatery, the rice's taste was slightly changed. Also, I remember I bought a sandwich at another eatery (not on same day) that didn't taste too good.

Please help.

Online Doctor, clap for yourself. With just diarrhea, you have already diagnosed him as having Pseudomembranous colitis (PC). What is the rationale for your diagnosis?

OP said he has been having the diarrhea for about a month and he later use medications (including antibiotics). He didn't say he has been on antibiotics and later develop diarrhea.

I had something similar to this and was diagnosed of irritable bowel syndrome. Having used so many medications and antibiotics before visiting the hospital, i was told not to use any drug and was observed weekly. Though I was advised to take more of probiotics but I couldn't take it because my mind played tricks on me, I felt I will purge more. I took more of garri, spag, pap with no milk and sugar, unripe plantain, meat and fish. By the end of the first week, it had reduced and stopped before the end of the second week.

Stop Alcohol for now and thank me later

When I was having mine, I used dry garri with bread and it worked…. I tried different things like raw pap, probiotics, Andrew liver salt etc but I ate dry garri in large quantities followed by bread. Hope this helps, Doh!

Go and buy Diaflush or tramashine ( I hope I got the spelling correct) , these drugs will stop it

Mine was more than 40 days, after taking saveral drugs that didn't work I was letter hospitalized and received a week treatment.
At last I developed hemorrhoids and underwent surgical operation to remove the piles.
Now I'm suffering from aftermath of operation.

Did it ever reoccur, I mean the long time diarrhea?

And why did your family quickly opt for a surgery? Did you attempt other solution?

I'm just curious how critical it was to have opted for surgery.
