You see eh, you won't understand what she's going through until you wear her shoes. I can relate with her because I had similar experience if not worse. I had severe morning sickness which lasted four months with occasional trips to the hospital. At 5 months hubby practically has to beg me for sex ( which stopped at almost 8 months due toooo pains) :-Xbecause everything about him began to irritate me; worse was his body ordor. We fought on several occasions just because he didn't want us sleeping in opposite directions on the bed and I didn't want him close to me because of body ordor. I stopped using perfumes and hid hubby's own. I became a chatter box and a nagging wife ( the man try for me). Fast forward to after giving birth, it got worst. He became the worst thing to have happened in my life and this continued for 7 months ( without sex) but he was patient with me. Now baby is 14 months and I'm back to normal. Can you see why you really need maturity and patience? Your wife is not bad. She's going through a phase, please!

What with the body odour? Why hide his perfume?

Our first child is 3 months old. Wife had the child through CS. During pregnancy, she stopped intercourse at 7 months. After her delivery, she agreed to sex twice recently after what looks like begging.

I'm planning to stop asking her for sex forever. I'm a playful somebody and she tries to avoid me playing with her.

Is it the childbirth that caused this?

since she stopped way before the child was born then obviously, the "childbirth" is not the issue... why dont you sit down and communicate with your wife to know exactly what the problem is (and possibly find a solution)?

so instead of begging for sex, why dont you beg for a sit down and open heart discussion...

I hear people type this a lot but it doesn't make sense to me...are they not living in the same house? Are both spouses not going through the same challenge? How sure are you that your spouse will tell the truth about what is really going on? There is no such thing as open heart discussion! If both spouses were not open from the start, even before they got into the marriage, they will never be open even in marriage...I would advice the guy to investigate the wife properly. Bug her bags with miniature audio recorders, plant small cameras in your apartment that can transmit live footage over a WiFi connection. Snoop her social media space. It is very possible that the reason she stopped sex 7 months before the conception was because she was feeling too guilty to continue having sex with a man who is not the father of the child in her womb at that time. This may explain why she continued this behavior even after conception.

Baba take your child for DNA test secretly...the earlier you get to know whats up the easier it would be to manage the disaster! Make your case no go be like Moyo Thomas own ohh!

so you actually believe that because two people live together they automatically must know exactly what goes on in the mind of their partner?!
better yet, if your partner dont say anything, can you accurately say what she is thinking about?
sadly, in this Nigeria where people are gladly marrying TOTAL STRANGERS, no wonder many are living with strangers that they probably dont understand....and unless that person opens up and communicate with their partner, that spouse of theirs wouldnt know shiit. also, some men dont care about what their spouse think because in their (one sided) household, the man takes all the decisions and it is HIS WAY OR THE HIGHWAY

And this is the beginning of the disaster...many marrying total strangers is the height of madness. If one goes out to buy a shoe he is expected to know his length and width to be able to match what he buys with his feet but many guys would date a stranger for 2 years, embarrass themselves publicly in the name of proposing to the lady on their knees, pay exorbitant amounts of money to do introduction, traditional wedding, church wedding and sign registry papers, incur additional costs on rent and upkeep and yet they don't know salient features of the person they are wedded to! That's madness beyond diagnosis or treatment...this was why I asked the relevance of sitting down to have a chat. The result of that chat will lead to more disaster. The lady will decide to tell a lie or keep mum up due to gravity of the secret she is keeping or spill the beans on what the real reason is and the guy will be so offended that he will likely seek a divorce...no one easily confesses his or her dark secrets so I would rather advice the guy to investigate what is really happening and make his decision afterwards! If a couple are not open to each other before the wedding they will likely not be open to each other after the wedding!
