Truthfully, he did the right thing and even if he didn't return those things he might still be caught and that's gonna be very bad!

honesty and professionalism kor?! If he took it for himself, it would eventually be traced back to him by the owner since he would be the prime suspect from the person's memories, not to mention there are a lot of CCTV cameras at the Airport.
