Please Nairalanders how can i get a hold of this theif, the guy ran a scam on a member of my group and I'm pained for the guy's loss.What happen was most of our Credit Cards doesn't connect to PlayStore to purchase stuffs for COD, so he posted an advert in the group that he sells CP at cheaper rate but i was not around that time to out a red flag to the post, So he scammed this guy of 24k telling him the price has gone higher that he'll do refund but since then we haven't seen a refund nor what he was supposed to buy, he left the group also, but the problem is he didn't use his Nigerian number for Whatsapp, he used a US number, so please if i can get help here maybe through his bank details as I've been trying to also get more info on him through Facebook
