Good evening Seniors, please I have issue with my Nissan Pathfinder 2001 model. I noticed that the engine wasn’t complete so I took it to my Rewire to help me service/changed the Nozzles to a Tokunbo and we changed the 6 plugs too but still the engine didn’t work well. We later discovered that it’s only 3 cylinders that are working out of the 6. And this have given us worried of what could have happened and this led us to even changed the brain box but no luck yet. So we suggest that we should scanned the car to know where the problem(s) is. The scanner said the problem is P1165 which is Swirl Control Valve Control Vacuum Switch . I don’t know what to do anymore. Please my brothers help me out because I’m really losing out on this car. Thanks

Issues: Car has a rough idling and delayed throttle response. Hard starting is experienced only when I buy fuel. Upon scanning, only the o2 censor came up. I have changed fuel pump and fuel filter but symptoms persist. I read up online and my attention was drawn to the evap canister beneath the tank but I'll like to hear from your experienced hand. Pls help.

Please help a distress soul. Let me start from the beginning. I changed my car engine like 3 months ago in the cause of connecting the ac compressor, the rewire burned my brain box. I changed the brain box which was reprogrammed. After that the gear box keeping disengaging in motion. I was advice advice to change the gear box which I did 3 days ago but the new gear box is still disengaging in motion like the formal one. The mechanic is now suggesting that maybe the person that did the brain box programming didn't do it well. Please my people come to my aid. Please what should I do? Do u think the mechanic is right?

Replace the purge valve, it's behind the air intake hose between the airbox and throttle body

Hi Good People,
My Honda 2008 (Evil Spirit) won't start till the third time of starting. This comes with a key blinking icon on dashboard which disappears once the car starts. I took it to Oyingbo and some suckets where changed, fuel pumped cleaned and a sensor in the crankshaft also cleaned but still didn't work. I initially changed my car keys thinking the sensor in the key was faulty.

The bolded is the culprit.... Happened to my sister yesterday.... What we did was to Peel off part of the rubber on the key and it worked...

Good evening fellas, my 2010 Ford Edge suddenly started spilling coolant/water (from where exactly I don't know) from my radiator some time ago (about two months ago). After refilling it with water that moment, it stopped and didn't happen again till last week. I really don't know what the cause is because after filling it up this morning (because I angrily dumped it since then) I let the engine run for close to an hour to see if it would occur again. Nothing. The fan is working automatically, the water didn't leak from underneath where it usually did the past two times it had previously, the temperature didn't go beyond the centre which is supposed to be normal. Yet I am afraid to drive it to work tomorrow because I don't know what might trigger it again. Please geeks in the house, what could be the cause(s) of this anomaly?
