While calling on Police, Army, Navy, Airforce, NSCDC and even Boys Scout to reduce the barbarity and callous murders of Innocent Christian Youths in Southern Nigeria.

That's an obvious imbalance. The government even needs to specifically create photos to showcase it's 'serious' fight against bandits.
