Chat with the seller explain the situation
Ask him to change the price, he'll adjust the price of two items so they match the price of one and send you one item
If he agrees you will have to use two cards

Prepaid card is not a normal bank card. Prepaid card is a stand alone card. It has its own account no (card id) for funding it.

Walk into any UBA bank and request for a PREPAID CARD. They will give you necessary forms to fill. You have to go with your recent passport, Utility bill of last 3 months, Means of identification ( National I.D, International passport or Drivers license)

VERVE card is for local spending. only MASTERCARD AND VISA CARD work for international spending.

You can fund it through any uba bank. Just walk into the bank and tell them you wanna fund your prepaid card. You can also fund it via the UBA mobile banking app if you have an account with them
