Nowadays, pastors and alfas are all referred to as Men of God and the temp to control much respected in out society especially in Nigeria. What will the Ordinary church goers be referred to? |

Not about the name, but the level in which you are connect to God the almighty, a church goer will be connected more than a man of God, depending on the level, ... Nobody recognizes them as men of God o. It's only their adherents that call them such . I remember the day that I attended service in Redeem and people were referring to the Pastor Adeboye as man of God / Daddy Go. I didn't even bother with their adoration of him because he's just a mere man like me |

The truth is that all true believers ought to men of God, but because most believers aren't true these days, those who are not true who are many tend to call the few who are true believers, pastor or man of God. If you're a true believer, I'm sure you'd understand what I mean, because being true make you different and singles you out from others, even your fellow members who are not saved. They'd even be calling you "pastor' even if you don't necessarily pastor any church. I pray a day would come when virtually all members of the church would become true believers and men of God as it was in the early days. In Jesus name. Amen! God bless. 1 Like |

Ammishaddai:Bro, sorry to say this. Pastor EO Adeboye is not a person you can just refer to as a mere man like you o. Who knows you? But the world recognize him as a pastor. Now imagine if village people want to reason your matter and Pastor Adeboye's matter. Do you think it will be on the same level? If village people use just a needle to pinch you, they will definitely use a mortal instruments to smash him. |

Every Christian is a child of God, your spiritual growth determines whether you remain a baby Christian or a mature one. A man of God is a mature Christian who shows the fruit of the spirit in his conduct and manifests in the gifts of the spirit. Such a person doesn't have to be a pastor. |
