Very incompetent buhari led It beats sane reasoning to see a government that feels comfortable with humongous amounts of monies in the name of allowances et al allotted to themselves as politicians so much that the president and vp are allotted "HARDSHIP ALLOWANCE" yet they find it very hard to pay hard working citizens that contribute in nation building. Nigeria is so blessed with human and mineral resources that you wonder how come these greedy politicians live large in affluence but can't pay up salaries of government workers. These are federal government workers for pete's sake! SMH. Deep Quote: Citizens suffer when there is a bad leadership in position of power. dfrost: bioemmy: Racoon: lordempire: ceaser: kolakolex:Just do a research on how many millions of monies is this particular HARDSHIP ALLOWANCES alone....not to talk of other irrelevance allowances for their incompetent cabinet! WE NEED TO PAVE WAY FOR YOUNG VISIONARY LEADERS COME 2023. @Seniorwriter |

Stop giving sensitive positions to short people. They get angry easily and speak out of turn. Imagine threatening the remaining doctors and calling their strike action as nonsense |

God pls help our country. We have bad leaders and the populace isn't voting aright/voting is marred with malpractices. How can the health sector be this neglected. Some health workers are owed up to 9 months in the federal hospitals while some state hospitals owe up to double of this. Ngige is insincere and has been telling a lot of lies in recent times. How do u prevent brain drain with this nonchalant attitude and corruption of the government. |

A Federal Government that can't manage Doctors, military men, Lecturers, and other facet of the economy thinks it can manage Farm estates across the senatorial districts of the country? Who is fooling who? Buhari should know we already know his gimmicks and antics. Why don't they implement this farm estates down north? After all , they have the massive land. Which land do they expect from Lagos, Anambra, Bayelsa, Delta, Rivers, Cross River, Abia, and Akwa Ibom that will be sufficient for farming if not that this is a decoy to spread Fulanization across the country. The untapped lands in Borno, Katsina, Sokoto, Kaduna, Niger, Kano, Jigawa, Yobe etc is enough to feed the whole Africa. They think we don't know? |

Foolish dwarf. Tell your two children to cover tge hospitals. This is the first time doctors will go on strike for a long time and government is not moved. It's only an incompetent president that will retain incompetent and proud officials like you and the minister of Health. |

How can the president remain silent while almost all sectors of labour is planning to go on strike. ASUU is threatening, JOHESU and NMA are roaring, toothless NLC is also trying to bite. Resident Doctors on strike, Yet the C-in-C won't utter a word. Ngige on his part has shown to be a bad negotiator, even when he was also once on the other side of the divide as a medical doctor. The same Ngige said doctors that want to travel out can leave as Nigerian doctors are coming from Russia and other European countries. ![]() He is always pushing blames, last week, he said ASUU should be talking to their employers, the ministry of education, now he is directing JOHESU to the ministry of health. We're in one big quagmire. But, let's not act as if we don't know, our political class don't use the public hospitals and schools, so those strikes ain't hitting them personally. Until we legally stop the act of medical tourism by our elected public officials, we ain't ready to improve our health services. Let's just pray we don't fall sick. |
