Part of their problem was blocking drivers for phone and GPS issues. Not everybody is fraudulent, but they punished many drivers for their App deficiencies. When those drivers tasted d alternative they never looked back.
Truth is even if they unblock all blocked drivers today, they will still be second fiddle.
Bolt has bridged the gap that made Uber standout 2yrs ago.
We been still dey manage their 25% they still they do shakara ontop again. Mstewwwww
God bless you, this was my story. The same phone they blocked me citing GPS issues is still the one I'm using with Uche.

The truth is that there is nothing special about uber cars. If you don't drive inside rain, the world will not end. There are better cars than the ones we drive on uber in that same rain. Flood is inevitable in Lagos, a city that derived it's name from the Portuguese word which means lakes. Armed with the information of the non avoidable flood, what do you do apart from make sure your car is water tight. Make sure cut and join technicians, aka, rewire have not done illegal connections in the engine bay, leaving naked wires that could bridge when they come in contact with water. When wire bridges, it short circuits anything it feels like, and shuts down your engine. How is the state of your alternator, your kick starter? Has anyone done management fixing work, instead of a complete replacement? Are your battery terminal heads tightened enough?

Haven't you wondered why the same water that shuts a car down is the same water 10320 other cars swim safely through? Your car's constantly sucking in air. Have you traced the air chambers from beginning? Is a plastic missing? Missing or broken plastics leading to your air filter box could make your car suck in water into your engine and shut it down free of charge. Is everything in place?

Does water leak into your interior when you enter a small body of water? Have you checked why? Is it every corolla that passes water that has the same problem? Have you asked why your case is different?

Do your part. Then avoid water that is sure to cover your bonnet. If it will cover your bonnet, at any point in time, avoid. My personal benchmark are my tires. If it completely covers my tires, I'm safe. If it will go beyond that, gear goes to R.

Still on my first trip of the day. A 1.9x. done couple of minor swimming.

All the analysis are ok, but the question all of you are not asking is who is still giving a car on Hire Purchase considering the cost of acquiring one today?

Are you asking a question or making a statement? Or is it a rhetorical question??

Congrats on your new job...

The only reason u would have retained that car is if it was HP... Remitting 30k working weekend only isn't worth the stress as there is no benefit to u except u need it for other runs that fetches good money enough to pay the rentals conveniently.

Jejely drop d car.

Jejely drop a car dt can net you 100k easily, every week and pick a job of 170k per month.

My P0172 story: I got my no.2 kazeem (I've been using him for my 2001 camry for donkey years) to do a tune up and lube service. He succeeded in doing the lube and struggled with the injectors and messed it up. P0303 kept popping... He said if I drive it, the shakes will go away later. I had to call my super kazeem. Had to drive from Lagos to Mowe early on Sunday morning. Got there, fixed it in no time... my instrument cluster is free of lights

Stayed back to see some friends, while coming back around 12 to 1pm, I witnessed an accident around Arepo. A truck enroute IB ploughed through the center barricade. A Lexus RX narrowly dodged the truck by climbing the elevated shoulder. No dent just a deflated tire... I told the man and his wife to thank God for life.

I don't quite agree with this... Even with no wiring and leakage issues, continuous driving in flood will damage or at best reduce the lives span of car components such as hub bearing, shaft, steering rack/column, suspension parts (about 6 of them), ac compressor, bushings/engine mounts, drum breaks etc and cause radiator, condenser, and undercarriage rust.
Anything more than d height of ur chassis is a no no...therefore water completely covering your tyres is well over d allowed levels, talkless of the bonnet.
The "noise" about continuous driving in flood
as obtained in ehailing is not over rated. Naive/novice drivers should not be encouraged to drive in flood. Ones in a while when u don't have a choice is okay but not every time like it's nothing.
I understand these are your own thoughts but I get cars wey people dey drive make Dem no come see this ur post start to dey enter water wey go reach bonnet abeg grin

Then I must have missed it but if it’s 53k per month then he should join the ants league, he will make that in 1 week or two weeks in lazYD league.
However he must have an exit plan else after few years his colleagues would have moved up the ladder and probably request him.

Super Kazeem: 0706 502 6436 Sodiq. As per the OBD dongle, I got it via jiji, you'll need to download the app, torque. I have 3 different apps though. I don't understand the Point of sale part
