I agree with your first and second statements but what you refused to add is that Nigeria rates poorly in terms of justice also.

That's where people have to participate in this participatory democracy to make it better.

All these continue to happen because people who perpetrated the act was never brought to justice.
If a police office had been made to pay for their crime, there could have been more sanity
