I know about communication and negotiation very well. The style I use is the Harvard style where one talks about not using positioning bargaining, BATNA, and many other principles. But I am curious how employers will beg one to work for them. To me, it's just an invaluable tool for leaders. A hustler should pick cyber security and is sure of getting the attention of employers. But communication and negotiation? I still do not get it.

Well, like you put it, it gives an edge. It is an added advantage.

Thank you so much for the clarification.

Can one learn cyber security without any basic programming skills and which site can i learn from

Since you already have access to internet + browsing gadgets then tell me what skill or passion you have.
You can earn from both or one of it.
