THE Senior Pastor, Trinity House Church, Pastor Ituah Ighodalo, has enjoined Nigerians to ensure that whoever they elect as President in 2023, is a person who is concerned about their welfare and wellbeing.

He gave this charge while delivering a keynote address at the Institute of Change Management, Annual Lecture Series in Lagos, on Thursday.

The clergyman noted that as Nigerians we must come to a collective agreement not to tolerate any form of bad leadership.

He said, “We must reject anyone who has a proven track record of incompetence, corruption, greed, wickedness and avarice to hold any position of influence in the country.”

To achieve this, he said Nigerians must all register with political parties of their choice and ensured that they register and collect their Permanent Voters Cards if they are to make the desired change.

The Trinity House pastor, who is also a chartered accountant, urged the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), to change his economic management model.

Ighodalo spoke on the theme, ‘Change Begins From the Mind: Breaking Barriers to Development Through Innovation and Change Mindset.’

In his opening remarks, Chairman of Council, ICM, Mr. Nathaniel Osewele, said the lecture series was part of the Institute’s social responsibility initiative to the change management community and Nigeria as a whole.

Desperate people no go gree make we vote genuine persons.

They will always spend billions to discredit the present govt so that their own voices will be heard.

APC did it to PDP and took power, and now PDP is doing it to APC.
My problem is that Nigerians don't know the real enemy, everything(insecurity, agitation, ND avengers etc) going on is politically planned out

Buhari cares - it is Governors that do not care. Do Nigerians even know the responsibilities of a president and how it differs from the responsibilities of a Governor?
Re: Ituah Ighodalo: Nigerians Must Vote For President Who Truly Cares by Hemanwel(m):
Looking for a Nigerian politician who truly cares for the people is like looking for a needle in a hay sack.

What we should do as electorates is to keep trying out new, very educated, intelligent and much younger technocrats for elective positions. One day, we are gonna get it right.

Not some Tinubu, Atiku, Tambuwal, Saraki, etc.

We can't keep electing the same old corrupt politicians and expect an Obama kinda leadership.

Governors are sharing bailout funds
Workers salaries are not paid
Government officials have their children schooling abroad
Ministers and senators are looting

The poor Hausa man is riding Okada
The poor Ibo man is riding Okada
The poor Yoruba man is riding Okada

The poor Hausa man sleeps under the bridge as Alamajiri
The poor Yoruba man sleeps under the bridge as Alaye
The poor Ibo man sleeps under the bridge as agbero

It is pertinent to note that the poor from all ethnic groups in Nigeria have everything in common and so is the rich.

Do not allow the agitation of an Igbo man who lives in UK or USA for Biafra cause the killing of the Igbo man in Adamawa.

The problem in the country is not the agitation of any ethnic group but the unity of the elite and the disunity of the masses.

How many times have you taken your agitation to question your local government Chairmen?

Why have you not asked your Governors through agitation how they spent bailout fund?

Why have you not agitated against that government official whose mansions you go to beg for help?

Sad to note;
All the Governors love themselves
All the past Presidents love themselves
All the senators love themselves
All the top government officials love themselves
All the looters love themselves

Why can't you and I love ourselves?
Why cant we combine efforts and fight them?
Why do we fight ourselves?
Why do we allow them the freedom we don't have?

Remember; a good Nigeria is better than a good Arewa, Oduduwa or Biafra.

I word is enough for the wise.

Re: Ituah Ighodalo: Nigerians Must Vote For President Who Truly Cares by Think9ja(m): 5:51pm On Sep 10, 2021
Unfortunately, such candidate doesn't exist.

If you think there's any human being walking the surface of this country that "truly cares," then you're living in denial.

Nobody, whether dead or alive can fix Nigeria.

The country was built on a wrong foundation, thus nobody can truly care

Right from the days of Judas Iscariot, the Balewas, the Azikiwes, the Awolowos, the Obasanjos, the Jonathans, etc. No one has been able to fix this faulty foundation, so why now?

A fool at 61 40 is a fool for ever.
That's what is happening in this country
