of Biafra (IPOB) have staged seemingly global protests in two countries over the ongoing detention of their leader at the Department of State Security (DSS) facility.

The group chief, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been in DSS custody for over two months after a believed rendition was executed by the Nigeria secret security and the Kenyan government.
