Our focus for this week is to start the second decking for this shopping plaza, my carpenters are already gathering to resume works on this decking as from today.

Decking wood work is ongoing in this site, there will be an infusion of workers into this site as from next week, my Anambra team will all relocate to Akure to speed up this construction.

Like I said yesterday, a team of my workers are on their way to Akure right now. We plan to start working on this site as from tomorrow. Parts of the remaining team in Akure will still stay around.

This project will witness some acceleration of works in the coming days and months.

Still waiting for funds, I will want to rush the remaining work in the house to forestall inflation which is bound to happen.

We have just bought more wood, and other materials needed to continue this work. More pictures of work progress later........

We have started bringing in the materials we will need for the decking. We are taking delivery of sharp sand, and planning to bring in more chippings.

More trips of sand supplied yesterday, we are buying iron rods for the decking this morning...........

Iron fitters arrive to do their bit in this site, even as we buy more iron reinforcement bars........

I plan to paint this plaza before Christmas. We have suffered so many delays due to external factors beyond our control. But with my workers arriving in their numbers, this work will experience the type of speed we are known for.

More workers will travel to Akure before the end of this week.

The rains today wasn't funny, we couldn't work for up to 4 hours due to the rain.
