When it comes to industry, Ogbaru is the number 1 in not just Anambra but the entire SE but when it comes to commerce its Onitsha.
Infact I doubt that Nnewi beats Nkpor in any of the two criteria (Industry and Commerce).

There is a difference between Onitsha and Onitsha metropolis. Ogbaru is a location under the Onitsha Metropolis.

The factories in Nnewi re scattered around the town.. Nnewi is not a town you can get access to land easily to be able to develop such cluster... My part of Nnewi a plot of land worth 35million..My side is outskirts.

We have better space within Ukpor, Utu or towards ezinifite axis...Nnewi is too small to harbour the number of industries and businesses within, it is has caused alot of congestion
