Just go online and show me image of a well secured embedded window protector design. There are hundred of thousands of such windows installed on a weekly basis and most of the buyers don’t pay attention to these stuffs.

why don't you use the normal bulglary but install it in the inside part of the windows, no stress a good welder knows what to do alongside with your engineer.

I’m currently doing some window where embedded burglar proof design is not viable. So we are doing standalone burglary that is openable.

Take for instance, having an embedded burglar proof in a window where subframe is installed makes no sense as the only thing holding the window and the burglar proof is just the piece of screw used to fasten it to the subframe and that can be easily removed.

This type of slab is what is technically known as Ripped Slab or Waffle Slab..

The are used when there is large span of supporting edge beams...

the singly reinforced in one direction is called the ripped... while the doubly reinforced is called the waffle..

They are very good for very tall structure when you trying to reduce the self weight of concrete..

Absolutely know nothing about the above but I know it be a multilevel structure . Was told this will be cheaper than full concrete decking I Did on 2 previous project

But I have complete confidence in the team that they will make the right calls . I go to site most times to see progress and do photo ops , the reason i use professionals

First of all I waited patiently for 2 good Months to get this issue resolved ... members here called me Mr slow, Mr No troubles...
I am not surprise you said you won't get mad over 30k to 130k... But when I help register kobocity for half that price... you know all we both went tru on price before we reach agreement and settlements... Bros.. I am not a begger... I don't need your little supports to end my issue of money collected from me without value...

Waw! Where in akala are you my Chief? I'm also along that route close to zanak petrol station

Please how many days do I have to wait after the ground floor decking before raising blocks on it for the first floor?

Secondly the blocks on my ground Floor have been completely raised from DPC and now waiting for lintel and decking but I want to leave it like that until end of February before going ahead with the next step. Is it okay leaving the blocks open for that long?(5 moths)

Knowledgeable members kindly help with this urgent question.

I'm out of Nigeria and thinking about an investment to make, currently I'm thinking about investing in a warehouse. Anyone with an idea or a rough estimate on the cost of building say 5,000sqm warehouse. Land size isn't the issue.

Please, should I do the plastering of my bungalow before plumber work or it's plumber work before plastring?

You need to run both water supply pipes, soil and waste pipe before plastering since you are doing conduit .

Also electrical first fix must be done before plastering, I mean conduits and the boxes.
