nothing much.. one day you will board a plane and you will see it as normal except you want to act like you a big girl.
The western countries is good. You can survive, no matter your status but you will see some challenges as people might see you as African which is usually negative. Even when you find love, that western man can insight things relating to your "Africaness" which can be negative but it might be a joke.
At work, it is the Same. They will make fun of your Africa but if you are well knowledge about history, geography and people, you can say things to make them feel down if they try to laugh at you.

For example: some Hispanics friends make fun about Africans and Africa. I sat one of them down when he made the biggest mistake by acknowledging he was of Spanish descent. I stood up in front of the crowd and said"why do Mexicans like to acknowledge they are of Spanish blood but you condemn your root"?

Why is it that I hear things like "Mexican white", "moreno", "caramel" "tan" "brown " etc.. it means you all are not proud of your skin colour..

You want to cover your skin with long sleeves in the sun so you don't turn black but in truth, you have the black in you but you want to act white..

I said, you need to decolonize your mindset so that the world can begin to respect you.

I said more which I cannot write here but the white Americans, black Americans were shocked knowing I spoke the truth and they all laughed at the Mexican Americans..

Living in the west is cool and it has its challenges but you must talk smart, act smart so that they do not talk bad about you ..
Thank u for yr honesty

The concept of leaving your country of birth and not wanting to go back there is still a foreign concept difficult to grasp for most negros....
So I understand your predicament

Meaning what? Nigerians do that everyday, and millions more want to do just that!

Lumping the west as one country/one society is gross generalization and ignorance. My government is currently investing $114 million to improve long-term care conditions, for all residents, irrespective of their wealth. Pure capitalism does not exist either but is more of an ideological construct than a real system that can be implemented.

I've never seen an homeless old person where I am and I've lived in different parts of the country to know that they aren't littered anywhere, like you're falsely claiming. I'm pretty sure no one would comfortably sit and watch their elderly loved one become homeless, and if anyone sees them, they would offer to help or connect them to the appropriate resources to get them off the streets. Whether they accept the help is really up to them.

I won't bother arguing with someone who doesn't know that the correct term is "abroad" and not "in the abroad" because it's obvious you've never stepped a toe outside of Nigeria and have no idea what you're talking about.
The homeless I've seen are not much and i think is drug related or mental wellness... If some think they can enjoy life in a country everything is hard, let them return. I spent 30yrs of my life in Nigeria struggling searching for job since 2014 i graduated. Don't let anyone deceive you that things are or will be better back home in 2 decades. Life be like balloon for naija wey anyone fit bust any time. You can return with all the money made and become a target to plenty...Let anyone with ears hear.

Well it's more than just a language in Naija. It is a guage by which your level of education is measured. If you keep saying "in the abraoad" learned people will immediately know your level, plus it bites their ears!

I said "old person"
They ALL get a check, unlike Naija. And that check is enough to pay for a place. So it is a choice!

He also lives miserly, drives a cheap car, lives in a cheap area.

Let's just say he is blessed with delayed gratification, he would rather live like this today and live a good life in his country.

In the abroad started out as a way of poking fun at the IJGBs who usually would come to terrorize naija for about two weeks every December.
It caught on and is cool as long as we communicating.

Divides or restructures

Hmmmn.... That one go hard because they won't return. Even if you marry your wife here initially and they born for there. If you wan return and those kids are of age and knows what's up, even though they yearn to know home, this place won't be their home.

They can only settle here if there is a change in the nation and a change can only be feasible when Nigeria divides.

Note: I am not interested in your money, rather I want to see whether I can help. Also my phones and laptop are being monitored by the CIA, MI6 and their dumb African slave agents for the type of articles I write on my blog cause they believe I am revealing too much that they want kept secret for their continued exploitation of African people. If you enroll in my PREDATORLOGY course, the type of idea I'll give you would be one to legitimately exploit white people. But the problem is that it's big business that we can't afford.
How did you confirm the highlighted?

P.S.: Still expecting to hear from you as regards what I discussed with you last month, please.

that portion of the lucky people is just too negligible to even consider lol. oh you are still there ? hehe. Yeah we are all built different as in me i dont see stability there. there all i see is prison. in chicago i still owe thousnds of dollars in parking tickets and in england one time i bought a car, the same day i bought the car i had not had time to buy road tax on the car, i parked it on the street hoping the next day i will go and do the road tax. oh boy when i wake up the car had been clamped. they left there number for me to call. i called they said i parked my car on the street without road tax. they said i have 2 days to pay it or they will come and tow the car and crush it in their depot if it is a car older than 10 years. to release the clamp from my car i paid 200 pounds ( 140,000 naira ).
whats my point ? i see prison there. everything is so regimented. there are no freedoms. BUT TO EACH HIS OWN. i feel more free in naija. i remember in chiccago i used to get 50 dollar tickets almost everyday. cameras everywhere. just doing a right turn when the red light is on while it is legal but you must first stop before doing the right turn. if you do not stop and you do the right turn ? thats 50 dollar tickets. so they have all kinds of tickets for minor technicalities like that. at any single month i am in traffic court fighting over 20 tickets. there is no freedom in these western countries. in naija i dont have to deal with these types of restrictions and prison like conditions cheesy cheesy

Laws and Regulations are meant to be obeyed. The laws in the western World applies to all residents without exception. You are only displaying ignorance here by equating Lawlessness with freedom. What stops you from complying with simple traffic regulations?

i really am not a lawless person. just that the traffic laws are created to raise revenue for the city so there are many technicalities that they use to catch people. its not about safety driving its about raising revenue for the city

My people, don’t allow some persons deceive you. The west is a complete capitalist society and it even reflects in senior care.
What this person failed to mention is the number of homeless old people littered everywhere in the abroad that government has ignored.
Even the old people’s homes are of different grades. You will only be taken care of according to how your pocket can provide for you. If your money no reach, you are on your own. And you know it’s not hard to be homeless in the west.

If you want to spend your last days in an old people’s home, start saving money now so you can afford a home with excellent care. Or else…
That's another advantage of being an African

Money is important but so is humanity. Old people should be treated with respect and dignity

Some homeless old women even get to the point of selling s*x for money. Really really sad

After Godogodo ( the most dangerous SW robber...Google))and his crew paid my household a visit , HEAVILY armed in one of the "most" secured and plush estates on the island in Lagos.........I ran so fast from that shithole. Was MISDIAGNOSED by a Doctor, After spending about 6M in " one of the best hospital" in Lagos, a visiting Nigerian American doctor friend took just "FIVE MINUTES" to correctly diagnose my issue as JUST THYROID (Naija doctors had me pay for expensive colonoscopy, HIv , Typhoid, expensive ECHO test twice and many others) I am at peace in my second Country USA. Haven't been back in 6 years when dollar was N150 . SOON as I got to Yankee, fed gave me weekly emergency money right away, full medical insurance and free tuition for my masters. ........The Best part, no one can tell me anything about Nigeria ( come home, come home BS)at least I can say I have been there , done that and my Children ( all graduates) always talk about the robbery and the Thieving Police) . I have lost so many friends due to sickness or armed robbery, I have another one in Ibadan that haven't been paid a salary in "two" years.Even visiting Nigeria now isn't safe anymore unlike back then. I will rather RETIRE in a peaceful environment....NO REGRETS WHATSOEVER!!!
Please come back home and invest
