Hon Dike and PDP won the 2019 election because APC was not on the ballot. And he has been having issues with Gov Wike for the killings of innocent citizens by soldiers deployed by Wike.
When all the federal lawmakers in rivers state were given SUVs, Wike didn’t include him. Many Wike’s associates will dump PDP by the end of 2022.

LET ME REMIND YOU!
So you mean with the unrest that happened in ~~Obigbo~~ Oyibo, that you expected the governor to look down on the safety of lives and property, and expect a full scale State of Emergency effected in his state?
Some persons hijacked the EndSars protest to wrought evil in Oyibo. You no hear say dem behead DPO and burnt down police stations?
Wike informed the army, and soldiers were brought in to quell the unrest.
It is however possible that the soldiers acted extrajudicially and I will never doubt this.
