It took France arm twisting OBJ because of the heavy investments of ALCATEL and BNP Paribas in Adenuga's telecom's business for them to find a way to grant his GLOBACOM a license after shutting him out of GSM licensing bid .He forfeited $250M auction bid in that process.

Let every region clamour for regional govt like in the 60’s so North dont subjugate and vice versa.
Let every region control its resources,security outfits,education etc and weak centre.This will be better for everyone to develop their space without encrosching on other peoples God given rights.
